Nine orange goldfish swim in a round glass bowl filled with water; one goldfish jumps into the bowl from outside. A second empty round glass bowl is next to it, also filled with water.

Parenting your Gifted or Twice-Exceptional Child

This Strength-Based Parenting Group for Parents of Gifted and Twice-Exceptional Children is an 8-week program designed to support families in understanding and nurturing their children’s unique abilities. Raising gifted or twice-exceptional children can be challenging, especially in systems that focus on deficits rather than strengths. This group provides a space to explore characteristics of giftedness and twice-exceptional children, overexcitabilities and intensities, communication and relationships, and practical strength-based parenting strategies. Parents will build awareness of their child’s strengths, learn tools to support their growth, and connect with a community of families who understand the joys and challenges of raising neurodivergent children.
