Occupational Therapy Evaluation

Curious about your child’s development? A pediatric occupational therapy evaluation at Bloom Pediatrics provides valuable insight into your child’s strengths, needs, and goals.

Our process begins with gathering information from parents through interviews and questionnaires, followed by playful activities, standardized assessments, and clinical observations to understand your child’s abilities. When appropriate, input from teachers or school staff is included to create a complete picture.

All findings are compiled into a detailed report, and we schedule a 45-minute parent meeting to review results, answer questions, and discuss next steps. When relevant, we also offer a 45-minute school or team meeting to collaborate on goals and support your child’s success.
