Dr. Adriane Ransom, OTR/L, SWC

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Adriane Ransom is the Owner and Director of Bloom Pediatrics in Santa Monica, CA, where she provides pediatric occupational therapy for children with a wide range of needs. She specializes in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, executive functioning challenges, feeding and swallowing difficulties, coordination and motor delays, sensory processing differences, self-regulation, and social skills development.

Adriane has a special passion for working with gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) children, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Boston University, where her research focused on designing programs for gifted and 2e children, and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California.

Her advanced training includes Sensory Integration Theory, DIR/Floortime, and an Advanced Practice Certification in Swallowing Assessment, Evaluation, and Intervention (SWC). She is also a certified Infant Massage Instructor and has completed Special Education Advocate Training through the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA).

Adriane is deeply committed to empowering children and families, guiding every child to reach their full potential. In addition to her clinical practice, she co-founded the Westside of Los Angeles Gifted Group and Square Pegs, offering parent groups, consultations, and community workshops that support neurodivergent children and their families.
