Timely pick-up and supervision.

At Bloom Pediatrics, your child’s safety and well-being are our highest priority. To ensure a safe and supportive environment for all families, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below regarding supervision and pick-up.

1. Adult Supervision

• Children must arrive with a parent or guardian and remain supervised until their therapist greets them.

• Children may not be left unattended in the waiting area before their session begins.

2. Session Length

• Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes.

• We allow a 5-minute grace period for pick-up. If you arrive at the 55-minute mark, your therapist will not be able to provide an in-person debrief, but you will still receive notes through the client portal.

• Please note: if late pick-ups occur frequently, a parent or guardian will be required to remain in the building during sessions.

3. Timely Pick-Up

• Prompt pick-up helps us keep our schedule on track and respects the next family’s appointment.

• Families who arrive more than 5 minutes late for pick-up will be charged $5 per minute after the grace period.
