Timely pick-up and supervision.
At Bloom Pediatrics, your child’s safety and well-being are our highest priority. To ensure a safe and supportive environment for all families, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below regarding supervision and pick-up.
1. Adult Supervision
Children must arrive with a parent or guardian and remain supervised until their therapist greets them.
Children may not be left unattended in the waiting area before their session begins.
2. Session Length
Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes.
We allow a 5-minute grace period for pick-up. If you arrive at the 55-minute mark, your therapist will not be able to provide an in-person debrief, but you will still receive notes through the client portal.
Please note: if late pick-ups occur frequently, a parent or guardian will be required to remain in the building during sessions.
3. Timely Pick-Up
Prompt pick-up helps us keep our schedule on track and respects the next family’s appointment.
Families who arrive more than 5 minutes late for pick-up will be charged $5 per minute after the grace period.
