Dr. Adriane Ransom, OTR/L, SWC
Founder, Owner/Director
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Adriane Ransom is the Owner and Director of Bloom Pediatrics, where she loves helping children with a wide range of needs, from Autism Spectrum Disorders and executive functioning challenges to feeding and swallowing difficulties, coordination, sensory processing, self-regulation, and social skills. She also has a special passion for working with gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) children, supporting them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Boston University, where her research focused on creating programs for gifted and 2e children, and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California. Adriane has advanced training in Sensory Integration Theory and DIR/Floortime, holds an Advanced Practice Certification in Swallowing Assessment, Evaluation, and Intervention (SWC), is a certified Infant Massage Instructor, and has completed Special Education Advocate Training through the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates. She is dedicated to empowering children and families, helping every child reach their fullest potential.
Beyond her clinical work, Adriane co-founded the Westside of Los Angeles Gifted Group and Square Pegs, providing parent groups, consulting, and community workshops designed to support neurodivergent children and their families in navigating challenges and fostering growth.
