Friendship Garden Social Skills Group
Support social thinking and inspire friendships through gardening
Bloom’s outdoor setting is the perfect place for kids to hone their social skills AND their green thumbs! Join us for a unique group that uses gardening to introduce and reinforce social skills and emotional regulation. During each group meeting, your child will learn social thinking concepts and practice self-regulation techniques while planning and creating a garden filled with vegetables, flowers, and succulents.
Groups are led by a pediatric occupational therapist who has a passion for gardening, along with at least one additional assistant. To ensure every child benefits, enrollment will be limited to six children per group.
