Adriane Ransom, MA, OTR/L, SWC is a pediatric occupational therapist with specialty areas in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Delays, Early Intervention, Executive Functioning, Feeding Challenges, Gifted and Twice Exceptional Children, Handwriting Difficulties, Premature Birth, Sensory Processing Disorders, and Social Skills. She has advanced training in Sensory Integration Theory and Practice and is Sensory Integration Certified. Adriane also holds an Advanced Practice Certification in Swallowing Assessment, Evaluation, or Intervention (SWC). She is trained in DIR®/Floortime™, Therapeutic Listening®, SENG Model Parent Groups, and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI®). Adriane uses an eclectic approach that incorporates this background knowledge when working with children and their families. Adriane received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh (1997) and her graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California (2000). She lives in West Los Angeles with her husband, four children, two dogs, and one cat.
